Mark your calendars for an unforgettable night as the Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols returns bigger and better than ever on 
Saturday 7 December 2024!

An initiative of Brisbane City Council, this dazzling evening of high kicks, high notes and hijinks will spread joy to the world across two locations, with the main show lighting up Riverstage once again and a live simulcast on the big screen at Victoria Park / Barrambin.

Produced by The Little Red Company and hosted by Queensland’s first lady of song Naomi Price, this world-class evening of entertainment features a breathtaking all-Australian line-up of superstars including pop/rock icon Conrad Sewell, spellbinding soul songstress Ngaiire and renowned singer-songwriter Josh Pyke.

Queensland Ballet will make their Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols debut alongside our adorable children’s ensemble The Mistle Toes.

The cast also includes world-renowned jazz vocalist Emma Pask, soul singer extraordinaire Fatai, Brisbane’s golden boy Luke Kennedy, music theatre star Andy Cook, profoundly deaf performer Shannon Kettleton, Irish folk band Amaidí, siva academy Tama Laei and Toowong State School Signing Choir.

This year’s Carols will once again showcase extraordinary First Nations talent with local superstars Waveney Yasso and Kaylah Coghill reuniting for a stunning opening, alongside genre-defying vocalist Jess Hitchcock and rising R&B vocalist Dean Brady.

Audience favourites The Jingle Belles return in 2024 under the direction of acclaimed choreographer Kate Wormald, and of course - it wouldn’t be Christmas without an appearance from Santa himself!

Completing the cast are our talented Little Red Carols Quartet Ally Long, Jade Delmiguez, Kristian Scott and Lachlan Dodd, alongside our Little Red Carols Choir led by choral director Alex Van den Broek, and our live orchestra featuring String Source.

The Lord Mayor’s Christmas Carols is on Saturday 7 December 2024 at Riverstage. Gates open at 4pm and pre-show commences at 6pm.


Tickets go on sale Tuesday 12 November at 10am via Ticketmaster and cost $5 each (under 18 years are free).
